BENEFITS

The Garda Balustrade line is designed for quick and efficient assembly: we have considered all the installation phases of the balustrades in glass and we offer many technical solutions to face any problems that can occur in the construction site and in the phases of life of the product.
Ours is a complete construction system.
Many advantages designed for those who install this building component on a daily basis.

CARTER

Finishing element that is applied when the installation is complete. Compared to a profile without carter, it allows its installation at the end of the work, avoiding possible damage caused during installation. Possibility to change finishes based on aesthetic choices.

CARTER CUTTING

It allows to connect the profiles of the balustrades installed at 90° or with irregular angles, without having to resort to a complicated cut of the profile itself but only of the casing.
It allows a better optimization of the main profile, thus reducing waste and costs of material.

SEAL BETWEEN CARTER AND GLASS

It is inserted on the carter and is normally positioned upward: according to the aesthetic choice, there are two assembly modes. The downward installation requires silicone sealing that adheres to the seal due to its special compound. In case of downward installation, it is recommended to use a seal with a lower thickness.

CUBE OF NEOPRENE FOR GLASS

When the downward-facing glass seal is used, the insertion of an adhesive neoprene cube between one glass and the other is provided to guarantee the water tightness.
The installation is completed with silicone placed
above the seal and neoprene.

SEAL BETWEEN GLASS AND GLASS

Small finishing element. It is cut on site and is positioned between the glass panes with a simple pressure.

ACCESSORY FOR WATER DRAINAGE

Small optional element provided to allow the runoff of water under the profile.

TEMPORARY COVER CAP

Provisional element applied as protection to the profile to avoid the entry of inerts during the completion phases of the construction site. It also provides the floor dimension reference.

CLAMP

Patented for adjusting the inclination of the glass. It allows a vertical axis adjustment of ± 20 mm with a glass height of 1100 mm.
