About us

Aluvetro is one of the most active manufacturer and seller of glass balustrades with patented systems, designed and produced, in aluminium and steel. We create made to measure balaustrades and specific solutions with you.

Forty five years of experience as flat glass transformer, with Vetraria Pescini, and a whole production cycle, from the design to the manufacturing of the products in our factory with full compliance of standards and certifications, guarantee a production that is 100% made in Italy!

Our History

Our rapid evolution is the evidence of great attention and professionalism, constantly aimed at improving the products and satisfying the customer’s needs.

1972 Vetraria Pescini was founded

1990 new machines for the production of double glazing

2002 the production site moved to the new premises of 10,000 m2 of which 3,000 are covered.

2006 a new 2,000 m2 covered extension of the
company, made with sustainability criteria.

2008 installation of the second laminated cutting
line.

2009 Glass Project, the new showroom of Vetraria Pescini dedicated to solutions and products mainly for interior design: sliding and folding glass doors, railings, balustrades, stairs, canopies, partition walls, walkable surfaces, shower enclosures, mirrors, furniture and suspended facades.

2014 Aluvetro was founded, as a spin-off of Vetraria Pescini, which operates specifically in the field of architectural glass balustrades for contemporary furnishing.

2015: the first Garda profile was created, certified in Italy by the Giordano Institute.

2016 start the new corporate image project. The Garda Balustrade obtains the ABP German certification.

2017: the new range of profiles was created.

2018 Construction of the new Aluvetro premises.
New Vetraria Pescini production area with double processing line of glass panes.

2019 Garda balustrades obatained US anti-hurricane tests. First commercial branch is set up in the US.

2020 Garda balustrades obtain certificates of conformity in accordance with Swiss regulations, along with NOA certification for Florida.

2021 The new Modular and Garda One systems are designed and launched.

2022 Fiftieth anniversary of the Pescini Group.

2023 New strategic international partnerships.

Sustainability

Our ecological thinking begins with the design of a new product and continues through the procedures of production and the disposal of raw materials: sustainability is, in fact, a fundamental aspect of our business strategy.

We also ask our suppliers and partners to comply with a series of rigorous ethical criteria with the aim of working in a socially and ecologically responsible way, minimising the impact of our activities on the environment.

The new premises is equipped with a photovoltaic plant covering 5000 sqm, in response to the necessary commitment to the widespread use of renewable sources.

We strive to find productive solutions that allow us to have the best use of waste as a resource and the minimum waste from production. Glass is a 100% recyclable material and our choice was to use, sustainable solutions also deriving from recycled raw materials. In fact, most of our products have sustainable quality, high durability, no maintenance and can be recycled.
