The Garda system,
the “all-glass” railing

The Garda system, tested in certified laboratories, is composed of different elements, profile, fixing system, carter, laminated and tempered glass, designed to guarantee ease, speed of assembly.

The heart of the fixing system is in the Quick Block clamp which represents extremely safe and guarantees fast mounting steps on site.

Profile

Extruded aluminum, drilled at the base every 25 cm, available in bars of 6 or 3 meters and cut to size on request.

GARDA

Glass fixing system

The Garda system has a set of adjustable Quick Block clamps, patented for fixing and adjusting the glass with different thicknesses: it allows adjustment on the vertical axis up to ± 20 mm

The Quick Block clamp represents “the heart of the fixing system” thanks to its extremely safe and fast mounting steps on site.

It allows millimetric adjustment and adjusts while standing, benefiting installer safety.

Laying from inside

In the absence of external scaffolding, Quick Block is designed to allow installation even only from the inside, applying two inserts.

The clamps are also suitable for installation in particular scenarios, such as, for example, installation only from the inside, in safety and in the absence of external scaffolding.

Carter

Finishing elements that are applied to fit onto the profile, when it is finished, to complete each railing. While waiting for the glass to be assembled, an accessory can be applied, the temporary cover cap, which protects the profile from building site dirt.
They can be customized with different colors and finishes.

Special carter

The different types of carters allow the balustrade system to be integrated with any construction solution, for example when a plasterboard or sheet metal finish is provided.

They are available in 8 colors (anodic or powder coating).
The Silver carter, anodized 20 micron, is suitable to ensure the surface against aggressive exposure such as the sea front.
The Anodic Flash treatment makes painting even more efficient, especially in aggressive environments. (on request)

Cleaner
Treatment

Cleaner is an optional treatment that can protect the glass of the railings: it creates an ultra-thin invisible barrier that protects surfaces from stains or environmental residues that could cause the accumulation of dirt.

It transforms normal glass area into a high-performance, water-repellent surface, reducing cleaning times.
